A new study entitled, Feeling blue and seeing blue: Sadness may impair color perception, documents how emotions can affect our very perception of the reality around us.
The ramifications are worth considering: when you’re down, you may literally not be able to see the rainbow over your head — or the solution lying right in front of you.
Find time (or a way!) each day to do whatever you need to do to feel a bit better. Raising your vibration a bit may turn out to be the key to finding that path through the storm.
